Singapore embassy in Jakarta ‘targeted by terrorists’

INDONESIAN anti-terrorism officials on Wednesday said that recently arrested suspects wanted to attack the Singapore embassy in Jakarta, targeting Singaporeans leaving the compound.

The 11 suspects, thought to be members of a terror cell led by known radical Abu Umar alias Zulfikar, 41, were nabbed two weeks ago around Java.
