Eurozone industrial production stagnates during May: Eurostat

(ChinaPost.com.tw) – Industrial production in the 17-member eurozone stagnated in May amid signs of slowing global growth, data released Wednesday showed. The European Union’s statistics office Eurostat said output in the currency bloc nudged up by just 0.1 percent in May after rising by 0.2 percent in April. Analysts had expected a 0.5-percent increase in May.
