(ChinaPost.com.tw) – Taiwan cannot afford to be absent from the regional economic integration that is happening around the world and the signing of a proposed economic cooperation framework agreement (ECFA) with China could serve as a starting point for that effort, Vice President Vincent Siew said Friday.
