Czech carmaker Skoda Auto boasts record first-half on growth in China

(ChinaPost.com.tw) – Czech carmaker Skoda Auto, owned by Germany’s Volkswagen, said Wednesday global sales soared by 20.1 percent in the first half of 2011 on an annual comparison. Sales reached a record 454,700 units thanks to sales in China, the company said.
