Businessman jailed for 7 years for fatal ice-pick attack

SINGAPORE: It started off as a quarrel over a minor incident in a karaoke lounge but escalated into a fight, which saw a man being fatally stabbed with an ice-pick. On Tuesday, businessman David How Kim Fwee, 65, was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment for the death of Mr Sim Kim Hock, 46, on Oct 14 two years ago.
